Thanks, Simone!! Ennis (the sisters) are fantastic musicians and singers. "Touch Me If You Dare" (at Karen's MySpace page) is so very much like the Corrs, absent the violin. I also liked their cover of the old Poco classic, "Crazy Love". I sort of wish they would emphasize their Celtic (rather than Nashville) side to make them stand out from the crowd. Just my opinion though. With their talent, they deserve a lot of success. The Eastern shore of Canada is such an incredible haven for the Celtic musical tradition. There is a lot of great stuff coming out of that area - places like Cape Breton which has an incredible richness in Celtic musicians.

Maureen and Karen Ennis have returned to Newfoundland to record an album that incorporates their native Newfoundland/Irish traditional influences. I really love their brand new album Lessons Learned and, to spread the word, I made some posts about it at the Corrs Club OT board with videos, etc. which I will link here: www.thecorrsclub.com/cc/display.php?mbnum=2&msgnum=1131313881www.thecorrsclub.com/cc/display.php?mbnum=2&msgnum=1131313895www.thecorrsclub.com/cc/display.php?mbnum=2&msgnum=1131313895Thanks, Simone, for introducing me to Ennis.
