Hi Cosita Yes, the Live at Home came as one of the CDs of the 2 CD/1 DVD Ilse Live set that I got for my birthday. The DVD is great, but there are only five songs. Now if I can only remember where I put it.

What do you guys think of this British singer, Duffy?? Her latest album isn't too bad.. Someone on another forum recommended her to me, ..so I checked out her album, "Rockferry" on iTunes.. it's not bad, if you get a chance to sample it.. She has a nice voice.. I downloaded "Mercy" (her latest hit, maybe you know it??), & another song, a very nice ballad.. "Warwick Avenue" ..This is her album.. www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhZ5-L9znt8 ;D When I read the comments on "youtube", people are saying the video is boring.. But, I just wanted you to hear the song, ..so, try to get past the video.. hee hee!!

Thanks, Linda. I've seen a lot of advertisements for her album, but I had not heard the music itself! She has a website at www.iamduffy.com, I saw at the YouTube. With the likes of Amy Winehouse and Duffy, Britain's pop music seems to be having a infusion of 60's-style soulfulness. I admit that it's not my #1 kind of music and I don't really like Amy's music that much, but it's definitely a good thing that newer artists are finding a rich vein of inspiration from the past. I had been thinking that some of that musical tradition might have been forgotten.

am a fan of Bob Dylan, R.E.M. (The last album is great), clapton Eric, the cranberries, U2 etc.... Otherwise I listen to Yannick Noah a lot. www.youtube.com/watch?v=OyDfUaDXXawThere a link to be able to listen to him.

I tried to watch your Yannick Noah, but it said: This video is not available in your country. That's a great list of artists! I like Clapton and U2 too. I also hear that the new R.E.M. album is great. I like Bob Dylan, but I can't say I know very much of his stuff. I have his greatest hits CDs - that's it. I've been listening to Ilse De Lange a lot still. As I've said before, I'm not a big country fan (normally) but, I think she has such a superb voice! ie.youtube.com/watch?v=JYpeOKuH2zo&fmt=18

Salut, Bernard! Pour "Saga Africa" ça fonctionne... mais les deux autres ne sont plus valables. Il y a une vidéo pour "Les Lionnes"? J'aime vraiment beaucoup celle-là
*Hey, Bernard... it works for "Saga Africa" but the two last ones are no longer available. Is there a video for "Les Lionnes"... I really love that one!

That Enya track isn't half bad, Steve.. Thanks for sharing it with us.. I was wondering if her new CD was worth buying?? ..I used to listen to her quite alot, maybe 10 yrs or so ago.. But, there was only one album I was particularily fond of, & I think that was her 1st CD, "The Celts" .. Otherwise, everything she did following that seemed to sound all the same to me.. But, I know it's been awhile since she released anything.. This one "does" sound a little different, in a good way.. Now, I'm curious.. ;D
