Thanks for the link, Steve!!! I'm also like Roxette ;D You're welcome, Nyoman. I am sort of new to Roxette, but good friends educated me about their music, and I'm really loving it. Muahaha!! I seem to be the only one posting here lately, so next you will watch one of the best songs ever written by clicking HERE. (Just don't ask me about the goats! ) Then, hihi, you will watch this and realize that Andrew Strong, who sings "Mustang Sally" here in The Commitments was only 16 years old at the time of this performance. He's a great singer!

Sooo many of them, which I didn't know were there... wow!!! Did you know, the entire (1hr) "Olivia Newton John Special" from 1978, where she had ABBA & Andy Gibb as her guests, is all there now?? Wow.. I missed that, back in '78, the one and only time it was televised, due to having to go somewhere with my parents.. LOL!!!! grrrrr... ...ha ha!!! Nice to finally see it tho... I just wish there were ways to save these little gems...

Linda, I read one time that there IS a way to save these files. There is software that you can download that will allow you to do that and, if you have Firefox, there is an "extension" that can be downloaded. Then you need a media player that plays .flv files, or a program that converts them into another type of file. If you google the phrase "download youtube" you can get this information. Generally, I find the vids so low in quality that it doesn't seem to be worth the effort to download them. If I want to watch them, I just do it at YouTube or one of the other sites! But I can see that there are some things that are precious and maybe you'd want to save them even if they are low quality.

Thanks for the info, Steve.. Maybe I'll look into that.. I was watching again, this afternoon, as I'm having a day off work... I found more little gems... The "Dick Cavett Meets ABBA" special from 1981 is there, in 3 parts... ;D Its such a great, & hillarious interview... You should watch it... LOL!!!! ;D He's got them singing "Don't Fence Me In"... They sang it in Swedish, then English... He was asking them alot of embarrassing questions... I was rolling on the floor laffing... Definitely worth a watch!!! ;D "YouTube" is great... I'm discovering one of my most favourite groups all over again...

You're welcome! Thanks for the information: I will make sure to check www.youtube.com/results?search_query=abba+cavett when I get a chance! Now, I've been becoming a big fan of Roxette and that means exploring the separate music of Marie Fredriksson, Per Gessle, and Gyllene Tider and the Swedish pop scene. Lately, I discovered this 1996 video of a Swedish group called Brainpool. After the lead singer, Janne Kask, left the band in 1997, two of its remaining members (Christoffer Lundqvist and Jens Jansson) later went on to work with Per Gessle (who appears in this video with his old band, Gyllene Tider). Does anybody remember that the late George Harrison lost a lawsuit for "My Sweet Lord" being too close to "He's So Fine" by the Chiffons? Well, this video of "She's So Fine/My Sweet Lord" explores the musical similarities between the two songs: www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wnU22O0UPISorry if I'm boring you! If so, just skip!
