Thank you for your kind birthday greetings! Nyoman, thanks for starting the thread with all the colour and the kind words. Bernard, thank you also for the birthday wishes and I'd always be willing to accept a cake from Andrea Corr. I didn't drink at all today and yet I still had a fun day. I had a phone call from Berlin, Germany and I got to talk with Caro (the legendary - and very much missed - snookyjojo) Katia, thank you and I enjoy tweet chatting with you, too. Scott, thank you! Unfortunately, there hasn't been much to keep up with for the band as a whole, but following Sharon's solo project has been fun. You've been missed at the Corrs forums.

Thanks, Wombat! So you're still frozen solid or starting to thaw out? It's getting HOT here (36° C expected today), but still comfortable by normal standards. And, yes, I DO prefer to stop counting years now. Remember when we were kids and used to count half-years? I don't; it was too long ago.

Suffice to say that next time Marg & friends ask me to join them on a tour "back home"; it had better be between 1 Sept & 30 April or there'll be no marsupial representative.
