Umm... Occasionally I faintly hear Old Town on my work radio....
I didn't even know it was Old Town until I listened to my "Home" album, though... I thought it was called "This Boy (Is Cracking Up)". <insert awkward laugh here>

Meli, that's great that you're hearing "Old Town" in Australia!! That must mean that they released the "Old Town"/"Heart Like A Wheel" CD down there! Oh, and *awkward laugh* ;D ;D Actually, I can understand giving it that title. In fact I would think it very sensible to put the name YOU gave in parentheses, like: "Old Town (This Boy Is Crackin' Up).". Now, if one were to say the title "I Do It For You," how many people know that song? But when we add the extra name, the one in parentheses, the song's full name becomes "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You" and most people can start singing the song.

[glow=red,2,300] OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG[/glow] I was just reading the new posts here at the board with the radio playing in the background and then suddenly they started playing Summer Sunshine. It´s on right now, OMG, I love this radio station. ;D They really play them a lot again at the moment. During the last days they had already played Old Town and Breathless several times, Radio, etc. I heard them so often recently and it made me smile every time. Today they also had Summer Sunshine on TV as the background music in a TV series. That was cool.

How did I miss this post, Sabine?? Sorry! That must have been really GREAT!! Do you remember what TV show it was that played "Summer Sunshine" or what kind of TV show it was? Yesterday, I had a meeting during lunch. During the afternoon I got so hungry that I decided to get some food at a Wendy's Restaurant. Just as I was leaving, I heard "Breathless" being played. The employees there must have thought I was crazy, because I just stood there near the door listening to the entire song out of respect.

As far as I remember it was a show where they show young families that are getting a baby soon. It´s a show that is aired in the morning. Well, it´s not a such a great show. They accompany families who will be having a baby soon with a camera team for several months. They are presenting 4-5 families and show how they prepare everything for the baby, etc. No one really watches this TV show, except for some housewifes, but I sometimes watch it, because I like watching the cute little babies. Oh, they are always sooo sweet. Haha, OMG, what am I doing when I have nothing else to do???

OMG, OMG! This morning there was this show on tv. I didn´t really watch it because i was just brushing my teeth and putting my cloths on blablabla, anyway, I think it was a documentary kind of show about people moving into a different house and all of a sudden they played "Silver Strand" as background music!!! Imagine that! That´s not even a single or anything! Wooohooo! Hihi. And also last weekend, I was working...actually I was cleaning and tidying our garden shed...I had the radio play in the background, so I´d not get bored. And I think I had to run to the radio to turn the music louder every 5 mins because they played such great songs. Starting with "No no never" by Texas Lightning. Then they played "Hips don´t lie" by Shakira and then, finally, wooohooo, "What can I do to make you love me? What can I do to make you care...". That made me dance around in our garden shed! Hihi. My grams came in and laughed because i was singing along to the music. Totally understandable. Too bad that the parents in that show never look cute at all! I always think to myself: "God, I hope they won´t take after their parents eventually." when I see the cute little babies!
