Just out of curiosity, I recently did some searching on the internet to gather some photos of Dundalk ( Dun Dealgan), the town in which the Corrs were born and raised. It is situated about halfway between Dublin and Belfast. There is a website for tourism in County Louth HERE... and be sure to look at the top of the page, hehe. Here are a few pictures that show what the town and the surrounding area look like: Here is a map showing the location: If you have any other information, such as any photos of McManus' Pub, please post them!! If you are not interested in this thread, you can go HERE. (1000 Corrs!) -

Hey , thanks for the nice pictures. Some of them look familiar to me. Todd Nichols published a few pics of those places in his book about the Corrs.

Wow lovely city! I thought as its only the size of my village that it also was a village. but the pics made me rethink. That steamtrain, is that the extra rush hour express service to Dublin or? and that Building which has written Dundalk Central, awesome!

Thank you for sharing Mr Steve and Mr Scott. Their house is relly simple!! I think the Corrs live in glamour mansion or maybe palace!! I also like the Church. I've some books of Ireland, and there's a lot of famous church and famous sculptures in it. I dunno if they also have "Pieta" sculpture. Btw, who is the person in front of yellow door?

Wow, these pics are great. Thanks a lot. I've never been to Dundalk although I visited Ireland 3 times. But all irish places are lovely anyway.

Hey, the pics are pretty cool. I have been in Dublin for the holidays last week and I´ve also been in Dundalk. But as I didn´t ahve much time to stay there I just went to the Mc Manus Pub. It´s a very nice pub. I liked the atmosphere and all the pics and posters of the Corrs that were hanging on the walls. It was really comfortable in there and I enjoyed it. Unfortunately I didn´t see much of the city, but what I´ve seen I liked very much.
@ Andypandy: is this really the house of the Corrsfamily? Did you take that picture and how did you find out about it?
Very cool. ;D
