Dundalk's finest have such an individual sound so as to be inimitable. By that, I include their instrumentation, Andrea's vocals and of course the "trad" numbers. With that in mind, it would be a brave artist to attempt to cover the bulk of the Corr's numbers. I have only been able to find 2 numbers where artists have commercially released covers of a Corrs song. Interestingly, both are "mainstream" numbers. Breathless done by Canadian indie artistEmm Gryner. A very different spin taken and a much different mood. Maybe to some peoples tastes, some will be shock horror. An interesting version to say the least. emmgryner.com/nest.htm (look under music, forward to album songs of life and death) Don't Say You Love Me by a Brazilian bro/sister combo Sandy and Junior. Obviously big down there (started as kiddie pop) and did an English language album in 02. Had the bucket ready when first heard it ....... and didn't need it. Brother seems a muppet but sister has a very nice tone to her voice (and one that suits this song). Have very much respected the original, and it lacks the girl's harmonies, but I found it a pleasant surprise. www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8TcnCGYJlQ&feature=relatedAnyone know of any others

That Emm Gryner version of "Breathless" seems to answer the question, what if someone tried to do "Breathless" in the style of Sarah McLachlan? Actually, I can't think of any other Corrs songs covered by another artist. I know that Swedish pop singer Meja covered "Intimacy". ie.youtube.com/watch?v=ts4waimy3hI"Intimacy" was written not by the Corrs, but by Neil Geraldo, Rick Nowels, Billy Steinberg, the latter two of whom are listed on the production credits for Talk On Corners.
