He's really great. I like his guitar solos such as on "Little Wing" (Unplugged) and "Queen of Hollywood" (Lansdowne Road). I have always wondered what kind of personality both Anto and Keith have.

Thank you!!!! Yes...Little Wing is his masterpiece. Btw, are Anto and Keith play role in BH? Wiku, that is REALLY a good question because, as I look at the album credits for Borrowed Heaven, I see Anto Drennan credited with "additional guitars" on "Silver Strand" and I don't see Keith Duffy's name at all!

A few more Anto snaps The Corrs resident axeman in a more mellow mode Either Anto's having unusual trouble with that SG or even he's just been astounded by Andrea's latest triumph/lunacy !!

Now that's a cool pic of Anto on top. The bottom one is rare, since he usually makes it look so easy!

Dug up a little Anto history 1985 with Irish band Moving Hearts. a VERY young looking Anto with lead singer Flo Mc Sweeney late 80's studio snap of famous Irish folk-rock band Clannad (Anto holding guitar) snap from Genesis' Calling All Stations tour early 1998 On a lighter note, 2 other snaps of the big fella Anto apparently sharing Keith's sensory shock at the band's new & much uglier drummer An unusually worried Anto backing Tara Blaise in 06. Either he's spotted Duffy in the audience or he's been caught moonlighing by the "Brotherhood of Mad Axemen" and faces expulsion !!

THANK YOU!! I am very pleased that you have given us more pics of Anto. Other fanboards tend to overlook his amazing contributions and incredible experience. I'm glad we don't!
You meant 2006 in the Tara Blaise picture, right?

Apologies for my lydexia with dates, definitely 2006. (now corrected)
With regards to "the lads" involvement with BH, their involvement was mainly in the early days (evidenced on ATWH DVD). Due to the Corrs downtime for much of 2002-2003, they were semi "released" for outside work. (John Hughes retains first call on their services for his "stable" of artists. Wise move on his part)
There was probably less outright guitar lead work on BH, with the bulk of guitar work able to be handled by Jim who , whilst not in Anto's league, is highly proficient. Silver Strand was the track with the biggest guitar "mix" hence Anto's presence. During this period, Anto was also heavily involved in the preparation and production of John Hughes' "Wild Ocean" project as well as his usual session work.
During this period, Keith was approached to tour with Ronan Keating with Hughesy releasing him to do so. He has continued to back Ronan since then.

Thanks Steve, that really is a good concert shot especially as most concert shots of the backroom boys tend to be incidentals. Interesting yr comment about the lighting. It was always interesting to notice with all their filmed concerts, that come one of Anto's solos, the girls would always clear the space (and spotlight) to give it prime focus. Just a small note, yes it says quite a bit about them as musicians ..... and about the relationship. Found this one of a very relaxed Anto from the BH EPK. Not sure about the haircut though, looks like one of the "wedding/funeral/court appearance" variety.
