I think it´s just due to travelling all around the world. When you go to other countries, I think, it´s only natural that you try to not talk accent so much. Most of the time you don´t even notice it yourself, it´s more subconcious. But you mostly do your best to make others understand what you say. I do the same thing. Everyone does it.
So I think that it´s Andrea who doesn´t have such a strong Irish accent, is only a coincidence.
