wow! I love your nature photographies! Especially those with the sea and so on! But ey, the one with the running dog is really cool, too, hahaha. Oh and hey, the first one you posted, yes, it creates a cool atmosphere...I guess this place was full of rich people in its' glory days! Great pics mate!

Thanks Caro! Yes, Mr. Hearst was one of the wealthiest persons in the world during his time. He had all kinds of visitors, especially movie stars from the "Golden Age" of Hollywood. You can see some of his guests listed HERE.

Caro, I really like the black and white pics you´ve taken. They are so great. There´s a different atmosphere on each pic and the black and white fits perfectly. I especially like the ones with the musicians.
And Steve, I really like what you did with the pic of the man playing guitar in front of that building. It now looks like a drawing, really cool.
And I really like the pics you´ve taken, Steve. The colours come out so clearly, that´s just wonderful, really.

"And the line between wrong and right..." humming Katie Melua´s Spider´s Web. Steve, I´m always so jealous when I see pictures you took of California. Hopfully, I´ll be able to see everything with my very own eyes soon.

Thank you so much! I wish I were at the ocean today. This afternoon, I looked at the thermometer in the shade of my back porch and the temperature was 109° F which is about 43° C! I am in the "heat of summer sunshine" without a doubt. I bet Andypandy has seen probably hotter than that. I hope you can see California soon too, Swanny. It's not always as hot as Hades, I promise.

It was so hot they had to ground the airplanes at the airport!
