A Spanish fan, who appears to possess some proficiency at the piano, has posted a piano version of "It's Not A Dream" on YouTube. www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_R6C8Yh7H8Given that he is having to work purely by ear, he has done a damned good job. What is even more interesting is the first comment posted, which reads as follows: "Wow, I'm impressed! Thank you very much for taking the time to do that, it means a lot. Keep it up, you never know where music can take you. Lots of love, Sharon xx"to which one can only respond "Thank YOU Sharon, your response also shows class". More and more I get the feeling that INAD is a song that other artists may pick up and run with.

Hello friends! Hey, the guys from Dundalk band, chating with Sharon herself on Twitter, promised to film a cover version of It's Not a Dream and post on Youtube. HereĀ“s the video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjnLGaDf6gMGood job, Ana and Rafa!!! Follow @dundalk_band on Twitter !!! Thank you, friends, for watching! Big Hug!!! Let's "embed" the video here: HQThank you both for posting about this video. I already saw it and left a comment at YouTube - it gave me goosebumps. I was amazed that these musicians were able to deconstruct and reproduce a song heard thus far only on the EPK (incompletely) and on a fan video taken at the Isle of Wight concert. That takes talent. I agree with CW on both counts: the violinist is a bit pitchy on her instrument but her vocals on the song are very nice. The guitar accompanist does a fine job, too. It's certainly one of the soonest cover versions I have ever come across - done even before the song has been released commercially. Might this be evidence that Warner Music Group is not involved in this solo project? Otherwise, don't you think that the honchos at WMG would have intervened by now, threatened to sue the Dundalk band, and removed their video from YouTube? ( "We can't have people loving the music that much!!") Sharon is doing such a fantastic job reaching out to the fans. When the time comes, let's reward that kindness in the way that best teaches a lesson to short-sighted, overpossessive record labels: by supporting Sharon's album with our money.
