I agree about Sharon's playing violin! She's great! I also like violin a lot.Couple of years ago i wanted to go learn to play it,but than i found out that i'm too late.In my country you can learn it when you're in age 10.After that, you can't!So,that's why i couldn't learn, and i'll regreat of that till the rest of my life.Same thing happend to me with piano. It sucks!

That sucks. But I agree with the thing taht it´s probably better if you start at a very young age (especially violine) but hm...piano, I think you could still learn it and be really good at it in a while. Of corrs not as good as you would be if starting at a young age. But hey, just look at Carline, as far as I know she started on the drums when she was 16 and wow, she´s damn good!

yes she is! And it actually doesn't matter at which age you learn an instrument it's actually about how often you practise playing it!
PS: Did you notice that Swanny always says: of CORRS? ha! fantastic heheheehehehehehee

Sharon's violin playing moves me. At times I have felt a special joy (isn't the German word "sehnsucht"?)
I am always impressed when Sharon plays the violin and sings the backing vocals at the same time... it must be difficult, but she makes it look easy. I also enjoy how she gracefully leans backward at the end of the "Erin Shore Intro" to "Forgiven Not Forgotten." She is SOOO talented! I am definitely a fan!

How come you know the word "Sehnsucht"?! Actually it´s one of my favorite German words, honestly! Another German word for "joy" would be "Freude" but I think "Sehnsucht" fits better.

No, I don't know much German, but I remember reading it somewhere in a book (in English). But the writer used that German word, because there is NO single English word that means exactly the same thing.
About Sharon, don't you also like how she sometimes mimes the words that Andrea is singing? I think that shows how much she loves the music that she performs.

She always does this. My favorite one is when she mimes the words of "Radio" on the Wembley DVD!!! ;D Well, off corrs she wrote "Radio" herself and I got the feeling she kinda likes the song.

And everytime I try to translate it, I just CAN´T find a term that comes close to the word.

The way she plays, it is just...a breath of fresh air! She is such a talented lady, it's amazing to be able to play like that...each time I see her I am just blown away!
I just had to say that, because she the best violinist I have seen! Yay! Got „Live at Royal Albert Hall“ today! Awesome.... "Haste to the wedding" Part 1 & 2!!!!! Brilliant! All the other DVDs only got part 2 (which I love so much but having part 1 as well now, feels just great). I love "Haste to the Wedding, Part 1" from the Royal Albert Hall DVD. "Haste to the Wedding - Parts 1 & 2" from Montreux in 1998 hit me like a bolt out of heaven and literally brought tears to my eyes ... the experience of " Sehnsucht": I wish they could put this Montreux concert on a DVD!!
