Therefore, to return on the subject, Steve, I think that you had to put the question well, but me i had badly to translate. Here is my friend, is the answer indeed is: YES, during the concert of Geneva, Caroline had to leave her baby in the backtage, with like nanny her grandfather Gerry (Rather not badly like nanny, not?? Thank you, friendships. Bernard P.S.:The game can thus begin again normally

It's been a few days so, if I may be so bold as to pose the next question.
The links between the Corrs & manager John Hughes go back to their involvement with the movie :The Commitments".
Can anyone name the other artist who has has collaborated with the Corrs on 3 albums (and performed live with them) who also has links to that movie .... and what WAS that involvement ??

Can anyone name the other artist who has has collaborated with the Corrs on 3 albums (and performed live with them) who also has links to that movie .... and what WAS that involvement ?? Is it Mitchell Froom? He did a great job working with the Corrs on the MTV and VH1 albums, and on the album Home (is it?)

Sadly incorrect. Though I do agree that Mitch Froom was the best "fit" regards to producers for the Corrs.

A clarification.
Steve's answer WAS technically correct. I checked that Mitch Froom was actually listed with keyboard credits for the Commitments but he is NOT the collaborator in question.
Can anyone else but Steve name this person ?

Can anyone else but Steve name this person ? I have to say I don't know! The only " collaborator" of I've heard that helped the Corrs is "Josh Groban

Collaborator covers a number of possibilities such as producer, guest artist (ala Groban/Bono) or musicians. That help ??

John Hughes would really be classified as being part of the Corrs "outfit". Anyway, to close this off ..... and free up the game; I will name the collaborator in question.
It was Ronan Dooney. He played the trumpet solo in both Unplugged & Home versions of "Old Town"; trumpet in "Give It All Up" (with Paul Duffy on sax) from "In Blue", was part of the Irish Film Orchestra for "Live In Dublin". His link to the Commitments was playing the trumpet parts for Joey "the lips" Fagan.

Ah yes, I didn't realize how involved Ronan Dooney was with the Corrs! Thanks for that- I never knew all that - or about him being the real trumpet player for Joey "The Lips" Fagan!
Just to clarify, though, Wombat... that statement about the link between John Hughes and the Corrs going back to the film The Commitments - yes or no?

Grrr !! To answer Steve, the piece re the Corrs/John Hughes/The Commitments was actually the preamble into my question. I mucked up abt the Yes/No answer nature of this thread.
The Wombat will now withdraw to the end of his burrow and let the thread progress ..
