My visit to the Aquarium of St Gilles (Réunion)

As I promised, here are some photos from my visit to the biggest aquarium here in Reunion Island... sorry if some are bad, but you can't use flash and the aquarium is a little dark inside... anyway, enjoy!!!

Just love the colours here, you can eventually see some "hippocampes"... look a little bit closer!!!


This is the 340 000 litre aquarium, with a wreck, it's like you are under the level of the sea

That fish in the second picture is so strange-looking but colourful! I couldn't figure out what that last photo was, but thankfully you put a caption there. Thanks for sharing those!

I always love to see photo's like that and visiting an aquarium..but hmm yeah also a bit afraid that the moment I am there..the glass will break

I went to our Zoo (in Rotterdam) two years ago..to finally see the new aquarium (a tunnel)..where sharks swim by and over your head
Uhm..I walked very fast...must have seen to many "Jaws" movies LOL
