One recent interview can be seen on the website linked bellow! You´ll find a Real Plyer, a Quick Time Player and a Media Player version of the 4 minutes long video there.
Here´s one article about it:
Billy began by speaking to Andrea Corr, and asking her why - despite being one of the most famous quartets in the music business - they are currently performing as a trio.
She replied: "Yes, just temporary really. Caroline had her second baby a couple of weeks ago, so she hasn't been on tour with us for the last couple of months. That's great. She had a beautiful little girl and em, yeah, so we are three of us for the moment."
Asked if it feels strange when she are on stage and seeing that her sister is not there, Sharon Corr said: "Yeah, I think the first show we did without her was in Vancouver, that was about two months ago. I remember the first night I was actually quite emotional not seeing her there, but we just kind of got used to it and the crowd got used to it. Andrea had a chat with the audience every night explaining why, and that it's actually not Caroline on drums, because we now have a big burly guy called Jason on drums, you know. She is doing something really important at the moment, and that's the most important thing. She will be back soon enough."
The band have been on tour, playing in America, Britain and Europe. Billy asked Jim Corr how the shows had been going.
He said: "The shows have been going really, really great. We started off with a bit of promotional, then did lots of summer festivals across Europe, and it's just great to be back playing live because it's something that we hadn't done in quite a while, except for the odd charity thing, and we played in South Africa for Nelson Mandela."
So what was it like meeting Nelson Mandela? Did the band feel thy had to keep them selves in check meeting one of the most famous and best-loved men on the planet?
Sharon replied: "Yes, you do. You also have to try and behave normally because you're um... I remember particularly when we did the 4664 concert in South Africa. We were literally... After we did the show, Nelson Mandela invited us to where he lives and a private game reserve. He invited Annie Lennox, Dave Stewart and Peter Gabriel and Bryan May, Roger Taylor... All these amazing people. We were all sitting round having dinner, and it was like "Oh, my good God, is this really happening to us, all these amazing artists"... And then Nelson Mandela just very freely talking about his experiences on Robben Island and his beliefs and the enthusiasm that he has, and just the fact that it was almost like a dinner with friends, yet they were icons, you know, so that is like pinch yourself stuff, it's incredible."
The band's new single is called A Long Night, and Sharon explained where the song came from, saying: "Oh basically I just wrote it in my house in Dublin. I was just playing around on the piano and remembering a particularly bad breakup. It's really just about the terrible feeling of being alone after you've been with somebody for years and the fear of being in bed alone that night, and what you are thinking of. It's sort of... I described it as being caught in the headlights, I'm frightened, you know. It really is just about a very difficult break up that I had, and just feeling alone."
