A lot of the posts above were before the "YouTube era", so here are a few of the better quality "videos" of Nolwenn that I found: HQHQHQShe has such a beautiful, rich voice and she's mostly in exact pitch, especially in her studio recordings. She has a new album coming out later this year, according to Simone.

Thanks, Simone. Charles Aznavour did a great job at 85 years! Amazing! And Nolwenn... what a charmer! Have a good weekend!

I just found out that Nol did a version of "Histoire Naturelle" in English: HQShe has a very American-sounding voice in English - which no doubt comes from her year as an exchange student in Ohio.

I do like it. To translate into English, it seems that they had to make many changes, such as in the chorus. It sounds good, though.

Here's the new video clip for "Faut-il, faut-il pas?" from the new album Le Cheshire Cat & Moi to be released in two days: www.youtube.com/watch?v=rV_rIv6CdmU&fmt=18I need some help to understand what the song is about - something about balance, I'm guessing. Very quirky! But I like it and, as usual, her voice.

Thanks for the vid... that's the "new" Nolwenn... I like the sound of it! Yeah, the song is about choices . "Balance" (Libra) is also her birth sign, the song is a lot about her, i think

Perhaps the longest journey ever made by Nolwenn's new album Le Cheshire Cat Et Moi was just completed. I received it from Simone and now I am enjoying it. It's a very different album that the previous ones - less pop, more art song. Recently Nol gave some acoustic performances of some of the songs from the album: "Feel Good" "Faut-il, Faut-il pas?" (I see band members must know how to whistle!) "Cheshire Cat" I'm a fan of her voice and those beautiful blue eyes of hers.
