What is it about Sharon that appeals to you most? For me, it's the way she plays her violin...I simply love when she plays the intro to 'Forgiven, Not Forgotten'-don't you love the way she leans back with that final note? *sigh* So, what do you like about her?

I agree with you, miss Kylie....i love her voice and her performance with violin. Her role as backing vocal is important too....Just wait until she has a child, and she'll be "perfect woman" ;D

I like all of the Corrs, but I have always been very fond of Sharon for so many reasons. She is beautiful, graceful, and so talented. She uses her fame to help others rather than feed her ego. When Sharon performs, whether it be singing backing vocals or playing the violin, one can so easily see in her eyes how committed she is to the music. She almost becomes possessed by the music. She has such a lovely smile, too. I also admire her "way" with her brother and sisters, being the eldest sister with an awesome voice, yet recognizing Andrea's destiny as the lead singer and understanding herself and how her personality and gifts can best serve the band. I made a short video trying to capture some of what makes Sharon Corr so special. s6.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=3J7QAXKX18E3R05CZEBXDLV6MVSame file hosted by Quickdump: Click here to download Sharon Movie.wmv

I am downloading the clip right now...the download´s running kinda slow and I hope it´ll work...*keeps fingers crossed* because I am all curious about it now.
I like all of the Corrs. Each of them for his/her own special characteristics and talent.
But I started liking the Corrs when I was very young, 11 years old, and the violinist has been so fascinating to me. Sharon just had (has) something about her that captured (s) a child´s attention immediately. I think it wasn´t just the fact that she played (plays) the violin with such passion but even more the fact that she had (has) this motherly and warm-hearted aura to her. Throughout the years I stayed a Shazzer at heart and it was only in 2005 that I became more and more of a Cazzer as well, but that´s another story. Even now, 10 years later, when I see Sharon smile, it feels like being catapulted back into the days of my childhood and that certainly is a wonderful feeling (I am sure everyone knows how that feels.). So there´s so much more that I connect with Sharon Corr than just music. Some things are special because they give you a chill to the bone (in a most positive way) ´cause you´re being filled up with memories. Some scents may provoke memories, places may have that effect, songs...in my case Sharon Corr has that effect on me.
Apart from that, Sharon plays and sings with such passion, she doesn´t just feel the music, she becomes music when performing live.

The tune in the clip is "Haste to the Wedding, Part I" from Montreux 1998. That's the piece that gave me a feeling of sehnsucht!

My opinion is because she adds that "CLASS" to the bands image.. but we know better don't we !!!!! Heck she even challanged the members of Oasis that she could drink them under the table... In a live TV show.. LOL !!

Haha, yeah that's funny ;D I think Sharon should record "Whiskey Supernova"! But I think she does add CLASS to the band, not just the band's image! She is a graceful, classy woman.
