As I just read Caroline and Jim are going to be here in Berlin for an interview and a pre-listening to "Home" and an introduction of their new DVD. THey'll be here on September 15th at 1 pm. UNFORTUNATLY I can't go there....'cause at 1pm I'm still at school  But if anyone....like Melli or AnCorr or anybody will go ther please tell us EVERYTHING you saw! how many times did jim say "em..." or how many times did Caroline blink....etc. and if anyone knows any more news....about that event please let us know!  |

AnCorr has been there with his daughter.
I just saw a picture of his daughter with Jim and Caroline.
I already read that a girl was allowed to come on stage to take a photograph with her and Jim and Caroline, but I didn´t know that it was Nadja.
Looks really nice.

Would any of you Germans give us a summary in English of what is said at CORRS.DE about the "pre-listening" event attended by Jim and Caroline? I would be personally very grateful. I just found out that Sharon sings lead vocals on "Dimming of the Day" (which is the new sample at COW today!). That's really exciting! ;D I heard that Jim and Caroline talked a little about that too! |

I will surely do so, Steve, once I have been to corrs.de to check what you´re talking about wanting to have translated. *lol* I have to admit that I am sooo very rarely checking the German Corrs sites *shame on me*....
But Caro, oh Caro, now you missed them again! And you were soooo close! I just wish you will soon and FINALLY get a chance to see them!!!

Hey Steve, so I checked the corrs-forum.de for the first time in ages and think I should maybe sum up some of the things that were said by various German fans who were lucky enough to be there in Berlin. After My lagan love, Black is the colour, Buachhaill On Eirne, Heart Like A Wheel and Old Town were played Jim and Carline joined the interviewer Alan Bangs. After his Q&A part, some people were able to ask questions such as the following... Does a song called "Here comes the Irish" by the Corrs exist? (NO!) Will there be another Unplugged album in the future? (Jim stated that this isn´t unlikely to happen but surely depends on location and several other factors.) When will they tour Germany next? (No definitve answer to that one since right now they´ll be busy with promotion. Do either Sharon or Caroline sing lead vocals on any of the new songs. (Yes, Sharon sings lead on "Dimming of the day") After the Q&A a young girl (We know by now that this was Micha´s daughter) was allowed to come on stage and Brid Og Ni Mhaille was played. Later Caroline and Jim also signed photos etc... Thomas, admin of the corrs-forum.de was so nice to upload the whole interview as MP3 audio file! PS: Oh, forgot, the people who were in Berlin also got to see a pre-view of the upcoming DVD. |
