Andrea: "Individual lives" current focus of Corrs

Scott has posted a link to a Ten Feet High promotional interview that Andrea did on her birthday (17 May 2007) with Smooth FM in Scotland:

Andrea confirms only that the Corrs have not officially announced that they are quitting. Instead, she states that, after "the Irish record" Home, they were at a point where they needed time to focus on their individual lives.

Interviewer: I don't recall, Andrea, there being an "official" announcement the Corrs were gonna take a break.

Andrea: Hmm-hmm.

Interviewer: Is it not because "never say never" as far as the...

Andrea: Yeah!

Interviewer: ...getting together again is concerned?

Andrea: It is, really. It's not that it's an official "that's, that's it, it's over," you know, I just think that everybody... everybody is at a point - obviously with the children and everything - that they needed time to... to focus on their individual lives and, ahm, so that happened just after 2005 after that Home record, the Irish record.

Interesting... Thanks, Steve... I've been too busy to follow the links, & actually read/ or, listen to the current interviews... So, Thanks for that "short" version... ;D

I've always been of the belief that the Corrs are taking a break.. for obvious reasons.. Who knows what's in the future?? We'll just have to wait and see..
