Wow...  The "Rox Box" sounds great!!!! Trouble is, I haven't yet seen it out over here...  But, I did buy the new "hits" CD, with the 2 new songs on it... What a lovely collection it is.. |

Thanks, Cynthia... I'm first of all going to look into ordering it "here" tho... I'm abit concerned about the DVD portion ending up being in PAL system, if I were to get it from Europe, & it's a hassle getting the lines changed over to NTSC... Been thru that before...  But, thank you for the offer, I do appreciate it.. I think it was released in Canada.. But, it's likely a "special order" item due to the cost...  |

Hmmmm I still need to check about the region, but there is always a way to beat that in a way And nope, it is NOT a hassle, just ask Steve But here it is 45 Euros, and seeing an Euro is 1,29 at the moment in Dollars... You can do the math. BUUUUT I love it |

The Roxbox was briefly available in an NTSC Region 0, but I cannot find any now - and there's some indication that they might have been pulled off the market.  As Per Gessle said recently: "I don't know why I end up in the US all the time, it's a big and impossible country… But then again, it was the last time as well so…" See: www.dailyroxette.com/node/15938Per Gessle going to the US this week, to plug Roxette's new album, but also to get Son of a Plumber released here. I just read an Interview of Per Gessle, who is this month in the U.S. trying to promote his music with Roxette and the Son of a Plumber. According to this interview, Per doesn't believes that Roxette is remembered in the U.S. Q: Once again you will release an album in the US. Do you think they remember Roxette over there? A: Yes, the album will be released in January, believe it or not. I'm going over there in January to do some promotion. Our music is played a lot, more than ever actually, especially "Listen to Your Heart" and "It Must Have Been Love," but do they remember Roxette? I doubt it. |

But I can't find the Rox Box either. |

I found the "Rox Box" on line, @ amazon.com for $90 ...I'm thinking USD ?? ...Phew!!!! ...That's a little steep, so I'll have to wait till it comes down abit.. LOL!!!! I also found the "Hits" CD, with bonus DVD recently... But, had to pass, unfortunately, as I didn't want to buy it twice.. Good price tho.. Ah well.. I haven't given up on the "Box" ...Maybe I'll find it cheaper in time.. A guy I talked to at the music store, in Vancouver, said it's not yet released in Canada... So, who knows??!! |
